Life On The Plateau
It's time for all them thar Xmas lites, all 14,500 of them, never had enough to keep up with the Jones. Didn't cause a brown out this time. Can't wait to click the switch., as Criristmas is near.

During the month of August Denise is smack dab in the middle of the 450 mile Hwy 127 corridor yard sale - flea market. That's only 3 blocks from the "Home of the World's Logest Yardsale", this long garage sale is a marathon of bargains that spans over four states. You'll find this a four-day bazaar with more than 5000 vendors, a few million bargains along the miles of scenic back roads of AL, GA, TN, KY, It's an adventure, to say the least. Denise has done all 450 miles, twice.

You'll see pictures and views of Denise's Horses at the stables, the model RailRoad , a Garden "G" Scale Trains, the Goats, and a little waterfall except when it rains. Plans call for adding a Weather Station. Denise's WebCam picture is on the pond out front, and yes it has fish in it. Enjoy the views.

The rest of the year Denise enjoys the views. Just a few miles to the south is Hinch Mountain (35.78 -84.98). At 3,048 ft. one of the highest point between the Smokies and Rockies. Resting below is 1,542 ft.Grassy Cove. This type mountain scenery just keeps repeating in evey direction.

This little server is located (36.017 -85.036) high atop Tennessee's upper Cumberland Plateau, 80 miles West of the Great Smokey Mountains. Just outside the Golf Capital of Tennessee, Crossville, along I-40 at exit 317, between Knoxville and Nashville.
